How to Order
Unlike other websites that offer custom products, our website does not provide an online preview that shows your artwork within the paperweight. This is simply because an online preview will not accurately reflect how your finished paperweight will look.
Our studio gives each order our personal attention, making certain our customers' images look their very best through careful sizing, cropping, and quality optimization. We then create an actual sample paperweight, a photo of which will be emailed for your review and approval.
Placing an order is easy. Simply follow these steps:
Step One - Select a Paperweight Style
Our online catalog includes several paperweight styles to choose from. Our paperweights are glass, beautifully handcrafted in the United States.
Please consider the size and shape of your artwork when selecting a paperweight. (Is it more suitable for a round or a rectangular paperweight?) If you need assistance selecting the right style, we're more than happy to help.
Once you've decided which paperweight to order, select your quantity and add the item to your cart. Proceed to checkout by clicking "View Cart/Checkout" from the top-right corner of our website.
Step Two - Upload Your Artwork
We've set up a convenient page where you can easily select and upload images from your computer. Upload Your Artwork
Step Three - Review Your Proof
Once we receive your complete order, including your image files, we'll create a sample paperweight based on your specifications. If you requested an email proof, you should expect to receive a photo of the sample within one business day. If a pre-production sample is ordered, we'll send you an email proof for your review and preliminary approval prior to mailing.
If you're not pleased with the design, we'll work with you to make changes. Your order includes two email proofs. Each additional proof is $15.00.
After your proof has been approved, please allow 4-8 business days for your order to ship. The production time on orders that include 50 or more paperweights may take longer. If you're working under a deadline, please be sure to let us know by including a note in the comments field of your cart during checkout.
